Telesales Operation Manager Jobs

We are currently hiring for "Telesales Operational Manager" positions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the cooperation of various departments to ensure smooth business processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead the team to achieve the company's set goals.
• Experience in sales management is preferred.
• Responsible for business training and skills coaching for employees in the department.
• Responsible for supervising the department's employees to meet workload requirements.
• Responsible for the daily management of the e-commerce business department, including team building, goal achievement, performance appraisal, etc.

Qualifications

• Experienced at least 1 year experience in Sales - Telesales / Telemarketing background or equivalent.
• Have team management experience is a plus.
• Min. bachelor’s degree graduates, any major.
• Strong ability in leadership, problem solving, and communication.
• Fluent in Mandarin Verbally and Written is must.
• Skilled in using Microsoft office, especially excel.
