Telesales Manager Jobs

Min 5 years experience in Telesales, Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.

Good communication skills in English

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

*Working will be full remote (WFH)

Monitor the daily running & management, targets of achievement, personal & team development of telesales members

Having 3 years of experience as telesales/telemarketing manager role

Having an experiencehandling telesales/telemarketing team > 25 people

Having an experience in Fintech industry is an advantage

Monitor & controlling all telesales activities including KPI of team member

Identify key area of improvement in telesales process

Experience in sales management is preferred.

Have team management experience is a plus.

Responsible for the daily management of the e-commerce business department, including team building, goal achievement, performance appraisal, etc.

Responsible for supervising the department's employees to meet workload requirements.

Responsible for business training and skills coaching for employees in the department.

Experienced at least 1 year experience in Sales - Telesales / Telemarketing background or equivalent.

Strong understanding of Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management

Working From Home (Indonesia) - Full remote

Prefer experiences from iGaming or blackhat Industry

At least 3 years experience in the same field and 2 years as leader

Has experience in leading a team, able to think strategically

Communicating with customers and sales representative.

Good Time Management : Self-organized person to maintain productivity between sourcing, calling and other possible administrative task

Has min. 1-2 years of experience in field sales. (Telesales experience is a plus point.)

Experience working in Telco, banking, insurance, and tech company would be a plus point

Acquire or reactivate companies based on employer segmentation

Sourcing and acquiring job listings via door to door sales visit

Sourcing and acquiring job listings via outbound cold calls to well-known employers

1. Manage leads or database potential client

2. Manage team, training and motivate team

1. Having a good communication skill

2. Having a good presentation skill

3. Having a good skill for making formula Excel

3. Controlling team around 5-6 member

Fluent in english is a must

Has min 3 years of experience in telesales QA and training-related field

Has knowledge of Training Need Analysis

Solid listening & analytical skills as well as technical comprehension

Listen in on incoming and outgoing calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective product presentation

Ensure the quality call monitoring process is in accordance with the SLA set by the company
