Head Of Product (Multifinance)

A rapidly expanding multinational fintech company is seeking a talented candidate for a newly created Head of Product (Multifinance) job. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all cash loans related within the organisation.

About The Head Of Product (Multifinance) Role

Reporting to the Chief or Product officer, you will hire the right person for this particular team, and manage them.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to build the system, potential partnership, doing the right promotion and campaign
• Understand how the collateral works, including collateral base lending, cash loan, and secure financing
• Understand and actively search for current market situation and define market pricing
• Build the product from end to end
• Build a secured lending team together with other product team and managing other stakeholders within the internal and external company
• Build the business with the right go-to-market strategy

To succeed in this Head of Product (Multifinance) role, you will need to have the ability for secure lending and financing, especially for car or motorcycle and to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements

• Experience as individual contributor and building a team from scratch
• 10 or more years of experience in used car financing business, secured financing and lending, not only mortgage or personal loan
• Great negotiation skills and fluency in English is a must
• A deep understanding in end to end product development and project management
