Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming “big wave”?

What you will do:

1. Manage day-to-day HR operational services across the Employee Life Cycle and ensure the service delivered meets agreed service level standards.
2. Manage and maintain employee databases on HRIS and manually.
3. Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures.
4. Managing and creating all documents related to HR such as employee contract agreement, promotion, demotion, job rotation, employee's personal file, etc.
5. Make sure all of the equipment is ready on the employee's first day.
6. Develop and deliver employee communication related to the Compensation and Benefits programs, e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules.

What you will need:

1. At least 1 year of proven work experience as a People Operation, Industrial Relation, Employee Relations, or HR Generalist.
2. Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills in managing stakeholders.
3. Experience in using Talenta HRIS is a plus.
4. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems and relevant administrations around it.
5. Exposure in the start-up or technology industry is a plus.
6. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
