Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming “big wave”?
What you will do:
- Manage day-to-day HR operational services across the Employee Life Cycle and ensure the service delivered meets agreed service level standards.
- Manage and maintain employee databases on HRIS and manually.
- Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Managing and creating all documents related to HR such as employee contract agreement, promotion, demotion, job rotation, employee's personal file, etc.
- Make sure all of the equipment is ready on the employee's first day.
- Develop and deliver employee communication related to the Compensation and Benefits programs, e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules.
What you will need:
- At least 1 year of proven work experience as a People Operation, Industrial Relation, Employee Relations, or HR Generalist.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills in managing stakeholders.
- Experience in using Talenta HRIS is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems and relevant administrations around it.
- Exposure in the start-up or technology industry is a plus.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
