Summit Institute for Development (SID) is a unique and independent NGO (Yayasan) at the national and global level. Global impact of SID can be seen in their work as co-founder of the frontline mobile health information system known as OpenSRP which is now deployed in many countries and endorsed by WHO. Moreover, SID is a major contributor to the recent WHO global policy change to recommend maternal multiple micronutrient supplementation at global level.

Field Coordinator will be responsible for collecting respondent data for research purposes and providing direct field assistance, especially to healthcare professionals involved in SID projects. They will also monitor the implementation of field studies to ensure adherence to established research protocols.
Responsibilities
- Gather and organize data on infant healthcare services, child development, and pregnant mothers from relevant healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Identify the resources needed to execute projects, including workforce, equipment, and budget.
- Maintain communicative and effective coordination between SID, the District Health Office, Community Health Centers (Puskesmas), and involved healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate and supervise the performance of Field Staff in the field.
- Be responsible for entering data on infants and pregnant mothers into files provided by SID, as well as supporting the preparation of current field data reports.
Qualifications
- Willing to be stationed in the project implementation area Badung (Bali), Sumbawa Barat, Garut, Pidie (Banda Aceh).
- Have an interest in and understanding of Public Health.
- At least hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Public Health, Nutrition, or related fields.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to adapt and communicate effectively in a multicultural work environment.
- Demonstrate analytical, critical assessment, and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in the field.
