BP AKR is a joint venture company formed by British Petroleum (BP) and AKR Corporindo Tbk in order to develop the retail business of Fuel Oil (BBM) in Indonesia. The collaboration uses AKR's existing infrastructure in Indonesia and BP's experience in providing high-quality fuel all over the world to provide added value and meet the fuel needs of customers in Indonesia.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Convenience Supervisor located in Kebon Jeruk. As a Convenience Supervisor, you will be responsible for :

• Analyze NFR monthly performance report.
• Make sure all NFR partners (minimart, coffee, quick service restaurant, and others) follow bp-AKR's Operation and HSSE standard procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for NFR daily operation.
• Support Convenience Manager to recruit new potential Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) partner by finding, screening, and conducting partner's due diligence processes.
• Liaise with Marketing team internal and external to create cross-promotion program between non-fuels to fuels to grow the profit for both parties.
• Lead opening project of Non-Fuel Retail ( NFR) outlets, working together with Asset team from internal, NFR partner as well as the contractor to make sure the timeline is on track in order to achieve the company's target.
• Support NFR team on administrative; create purchase request (PR), manage NFR contract, invoice, and other documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in project management or event management.

• Minimum education bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Economic, Technic or Science Major

• Intermediate proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point.

• Good proficiency on English, good understanding and able to speak fluently.

• Good interpersonal skills, able to work with the team, dynamic and responsible.

• Have basic knowledge of economics.

• Good analytical thinking.

• Attention to detail.
