Crm (Individual Contributor) Jobs

This is an exciting opportunity to join Zalora’s CRM team. You need to work collaboratively across marketing channels, as well as with other departments to understand marketing processes

Responsibilities:

• Analyze success of email and push campaigns and use this to develop longer term strategy
• Execute & deliver promotional campaign across CRM platforms, examples but not limited to email, rich push, or push notifications, and in-app notifications on timely manners
• Coordinating with relevant stakeholders in the organization
• Create engaging copy on Push Notification, Inbox and Email platform

Requirements:

• Able to take ownership of work Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor Degree from Information System, and ability to create/edit HTML emails is a plus
• Meticulous and displays a sharp eye for detail
• Be familiar with CRM platforms is a big plus (Braze, MoEngage)
• Able to work to set briefs with strict deadlines
• Able to work in a fast-paced with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Be proficient in excel and data analyzing
