Job Description

Kanvasaur is the leading growth agency in Jakarta with a portfolio of some of the industry's most credible names. We are currently looking for Product Marketer that will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' digital products and services. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies that promote and generate demand for our clients' products, and help them achieve their business goals. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your expertise in product marketing to create compelling campaigns, drive customer engagement, and maximize conversions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Product Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their products, target audience, and business objectives. Utilize market research and competitive analysis to formulate effective product marketing strategies that align with clients' goals.
  2. Campaign Planning and Execution: Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising. Develop engaging and persuasive messaging to drive awareness, interest, and conversions.
  3. Content Development: Create compelling and informative content such as product descriptions, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, and presentations. Ensure that the content is optimized for SEO and resonates with the target audience.
  4. Customer Persona Development: Identify and define customer personas based on market research, user data, and client input. Craft targeted marketing messages that effectively communicate the value proposition of the products to different customer segments.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Conduct market analysis and monitor key performance indicators to identify opportunities for product enhancement and market expansion.
  6. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. Coordinate with clients to gather product information, provide updates, and obtain necessary approvals.
  7. Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Regularly analyze data and generate reports to evaluate the impact of marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
  8. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in product marketing. Provide strategic guidance and insights to help clients achieve their business objectives. Attend client meetings, deliver presentations, and address client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.


Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Previous experience in product marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or technology-focused environment.
  2. Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques. Proficiency in SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
  3. Product Marketing Knowledge: Solid knowledge of product marketing principles and best practices. Experience in developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and creating persuasive marketing content.
  4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics. Strong proficiency in using analytical tools and platforms to derive meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients, present ideas clearly, and tailor messages for different audiences.
  6. Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and adhering to project timelines and budgets.
  7. Creativity and Innovation: Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think creatively and generate innovative marketing ideas. Stay abreast of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  8. Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results and meet or exceed marketing goals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
