Job Description

Kanvasaur is the leading growth agency in Jakarta with a portfolio of some of the industry's most credible names. We are currently looking for Growth Marketer that will be at the forefront of driving exponential growth for our clients' businesses. Your role will involve developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that focus on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation. By leveraging your expertise in growth marketing, you will optimize conversion funnels, drive user engagement, and maximize return on investment for our clients.


Responsibilities:

  1. Growth Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to develop data-driven growth strategies that align with clients' goals.
  2. Conversion Funnel Optimization: Identify key conversion points in clients' digital marketing funnels and devise strategies to optimize each stage for maximum conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and implement improvements to increase conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  3. Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute effective customer acquisition campaigns using various digital channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, content marketing, and influencer partnerships. Drive targeted traffic to clients' websites or platforms and optimize campaigns for lead generation and user acquisition.
  4. Retention and Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and maximize user engagement. Develop lifecycle marketing programs, personalized email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, referral systems, and other initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.
  5. Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), customer behavior, and campaign metrics. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to clients, identifying growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
  6. Experimentation and Optimization: Continuously test and refine marketing strategies, creative assets, landing pages, and messaging to improve campaign performance. Implement growth hacking techniques and innovative approaches to uncover new channels and tactics for growth.
  7. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and account managers, to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies. Collaborate with clients to gather insights, align on goals, and provide regular updates on performance.
  8. Industry Trends and Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth marketing. Share knowledge and insights with the team, contribute to thought leadership, and actively participate in industry forums or events.


Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Previous experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within an agency environment.
  2. Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques. Proficiency in SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms to optimize marketing campaigns.
  4. Creativity and Innovation: Proven track record of developing innovative marketing strategies and growth hacking techniques. Ability to think outside the box, experiment with new ideas, and adapt strategies based on data-driven results.
  5. Business Acumen: Understanding of key business metrics and financial concepts related to customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Ability to align growth strategies with clients' overall business goals and objectives.
  6. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
  7. Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results and achieve growth targets. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within designated timelines.
