As a CRM Copywriter at Digitas Indonesia, you will be responsible for creating and editing compelling, customer-centric content for various CRM channels. Their main task will be to engage, retain, and drive customer loyalty by delivering impactful messaging that resonates with our diverse customer base.

What you’ll do:
- Tailor messaging for specific customer segments and lifecycle stages to drive engagement and customer loyalty.
- Work closely with data analysts to assess the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, making necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior in Indonesia to ensure our messaging remains relevant and engaging.
- Write, edit, and proofread customer-facing copy for emails, in-app notifications, SMS, and other CRM channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and tone across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates all of the above
- Work on several projects simultaneously, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines, – you thrive under pressure
- Ability to translate a brief into an impactful copy that’s consistent with our brand’s tone of voice
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn
- Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
- At least two years of experience writing CRM or email marketing and landing page copy, ideally in a tech or e-commerce company
- Creative flair and ability to consider customer data as a creative constraint
