Crm Copywriter Jobs

Analyze data management for CRM related

Have at least 2 years of work experience in CRM, experience working in marketplace is an advantage

Experience with CRM platform Braze and ability to create/edit HTML emails is a big plus

Shaping and delivering of marketing and promotional campaigns

Increase campaign performance through creative testing and performance reviews

Analyze success of email and push campaigns and use this to develop longer term strategy

2+ years’ experience in CRM or Growth position

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Conduct data analysis and segmentation to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and to develop targeted marketing campaigns

Develop and implement personalized and automation-based campaigns to target specific segments of customers

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers, which can significantly increase revenue

Write, edit, and proofread customer-facing copy for emails, in-app notifications, SMS, and other CRM channels.

Tailor messaging for specific customer segments and lifecycle stages to drive engagement and customer loyalty.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and tone across all customer touchpoints.

Work closely with data analysts to assess the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, making necessary adjustments to improve performance.

Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior in Indonesia to ensure our messaging remains relevant and engaging.

Ability to translate a brief into an impactful copy that’s consistent with our brand’s tone of voice
