Key Responsibilities

• Remind to shop later and provide price, stock, and free bus updates to customers.
• Build a good relationship with the customers regularly.
• Accommodate feedback forms from customers regarding SUPER services and shopping experiences via Salesforce.
• Monitor related warehouse shipments.
• Connect to Salesforce and vice versa.
• Provide broadcast messages to greet customers (new acquisitions and completed purchases).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and great interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management/Administration, Communication, or a related major
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
