Job Description
About The Role
Fasten your helmet and climb aboard, if you’re ready to be our CRM Executive for GoFood. In this role, you will be part of the GoFood Marketing team based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Managing and executing CRM initiatives for GoFood products, delivering the joy of food and culinary to all our loyal users in Indonesia. This role is crucial for our business growth as we believe in the CRM impact to business growth.
What You Will Do
  • Analyze & create reports for CRM campaign activity and customer behavior & activity in Gojek App.
  • Identify improvement areas, use cases for CRM campaign management tools, and audience management capabilities for the development roadmap
  • Plan and update the campaign communications calendar.
  • Develop communication templates (email, in-app, or app push) for consistency and effectiveness in accordance with brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Setup the A/B testing process for CRM campaigns for content, segment, and other relevant factors.
  • Setup/Implement and Monitor lifecycle journey automation programs and tactical campaigns via outbound channels (Email, Push Notification, & WhatsApp/SMS) and inbound channels (Card, App Inbox, App Native Display, & In-App Message).
  • Manage the setup, creation, and updating of emails, push notifications, inbox, card, landing pages, forms, and reports for campaigns.
What You Will Need
  • Relevant experience in CRM campaign management with minimum 1+ years of working experience, which includes designing, planning and running multiple CRM campaigns preferred
  • Knowledge in marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Management or other majors.
  • Familiar with email marketing and push notification, especially CRM
  • Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Excellent written, communication skills and has a creative mindset
  • Proven record of planning and execution using data-driven approaches.
