Analyze data management for CRM related

Have at least 2 years of work experience in CRM, experience working in marketplace is an advantage

Experience with CRM platform Braze and ability to create/edit HTML emails is a big plus

Shaping and delivering of marketing and promotional campaigns

Increase campaign performance through creative testing and performance reviews

Analyze success of email and push campaigns and use this to develop longer term strategy

Identify improvement areas, use cases for CRM campaign management tools, and audience management capabilities for the development roadmap

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Management or other majors.

Manage the setup, creation, and updating of emails, push notifications, inbox, card, landing pages, forms, and reports for campaigns.

Knowledge in marketing automation tools is a plus

Excellent written, communication skills and has a creative mindset

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
