Crm Specialist Intern Jobs

Prieds is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a CRM Specialist Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships through WhatsApp and email communication channels. Additionally, you will assist in generating leads, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring effective communication with our target audience. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in CRM operations and contribute to the growth of our company.

What you’ll do :

• Manage customer relationships via WhatsApp and email channels, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create engaging content for WhatsApp and email campaigns.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of CRM reports.
• Support in the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns through WhatsApp and email.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Regularly segment and analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized communication.
• Generate and update customer databases, from scraping and maintain current databases

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have :

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using WhatsApp and email platforms for communication and customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and customer lifecycle management.
• Prior experience with WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software or tools is a plus.
