Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage budget and able to identify high value investment to allocate the resources accordingly
• Develop and execute the growth strategies including user acquisition, retention and monetization
• Working closely with all the teams to ensure the overall strategy is implemented and executed for success of the company
• Identifying potential market opportunities and analyze customer behavior and translate it into a data that can provide insight for the growth plan

Key Requirements:

• Ability to adjust strategies quickly and effectively to capitalize on opportunities
• Has an understanding of customer behavior and the ability to analyze data
• Have prior experience in managing budgets and make sure investments are high-value
• Possess good stakeholder management, strong leadership skills and proven track record in building and scaling up business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
