Job Requirements:

• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience (Min 2-3 years) in growth marketing, specifically in promotion and partnership, preferably in a creative, technology or e-commerce industry.
• Min Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Adept at networking, fostering positive connections, and managing partnerships.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative and effective promotional strategies and partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, negotiate partnership agreements, and track and report on partnership performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including key metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies focused on promotion and partnership to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in promotion and partnership marketing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to leverage partnerships and promotional activities to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, referral programs, and other incentives, to stimulate customer engagement and increase sales.
