Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create design operational process flow and documentation
  • Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
  • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and confirm the overall quality assurance process
  • Obtain user feedback, suggest appropriate product improvement
  • Analyze, prioritize requirement specifications, data mapping, and flowcharts for developers and testers
  • Assist in a new product introduction, enhancement, release activities, and roadmap product
  • Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements


Qualifications

  • Excellent in software, analytical skills, and logical thinking
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience as IT systems analyst, software engineer, or business process owner
  • Having knowledge to identifies, evaluates, operational processes and procedures, problems, and requirements
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Good leadership skill, initiative, team work, integrity, and detail-oriented person; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent in creating system documentation, database, flowchart, business process, application, and testing
