Strong foundation in analysis skills using tools like Tableau, powerBI, excel, and other similar tools

Having at least 3 years experience in account management / partnership / growth especially in financial industry (fintech, banking, insurance)

Offering multiple product for existing partner to ensure revenue growth for company.

Maintain relationship with existing partner to ensure product delivered based on SLA

Gather information with key person for feedback and further needed.

Bachelor degree from reputable university

Develop our business, identify new channel of product offerings within partners scope of business, while maintaining existing relationships

Good communication skill, eager to learn new things, good personality.

Education background: Marketing, Communication, Public Relation

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and community management in the crypto space

Manage and grow our social media presence in Indonesia, especially on Twitter and Telegram

Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives, joint events, and educational campaigns to drive adoption of Krystal wallet in the Indonesian market.

1-3 years of experience in Markerting, Business Development, or a similar role in a crypto startup is a MUST

Create and implement comprehensive on-and-offline marketing campaigns tailored to the Indonesian market

Experience in creating reports and presentations and proficient in data visualization, and project management

Help and support high-level management to visualize strategies into presentation deck for multiple purposes.

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the management and escalate issues according to project work plan.

Proven success working with all levels of management.

Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field or an MBA.

Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience (Min 2-3 years) in growth marketing, specifically in promotion and partnership, preferably in a creative, technology or e-commerce industry.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative and effective promotional strategies and partnerships.

Min Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields.

Required language(s): English and Bahasa.

Proven experience in a growth hacking, marketing, or similar role in the EdTech industry.

Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and a willingness to think outside the box.

Develop and implement unique, creative, and effective strategies for user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analytical measurements to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

Monitor and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and growth.

At least >3 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry

Has good knowledge of Agile Methodologies

Experienced in best practice adaption and external benchmarking.

Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills

Collect, Analyze, And Interpret Qualitative & Quantitative Data With Statistical Methods (e.g. Data Sampling/ Re-sampling, ANOVA Analysis, Distributions, Etc)

Having experience within marketing area at least 3 years.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and very good team works.

Have working experience in ecommerce and/or management consulting industry would be a plus

Creating and maintaining a list of target clients for new products or services

Creating marketing campaigns that target specific customer

5 years working experience in Marketing / Sales / Sales Management role/Manufacturing, preferably in a petrochemical environment

Bachelor Degree, preferably in engineering, or business management

Leading cross-functional leadership teams (sales managers, Technology, Supply Chain) to enable increased profits through resource allocation with the across the portfolio."
