Deliver comprehensive training materials to new hires, helping them understand their job roles and the intricacies of new products.

Assist customers in effectively using our IoT products, providing hands-on training and troubleshooting to resolve any technical issues.

Present sales support for specific deals, propose solutions covering business requirements, and present to Regions and Customer

Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level with GPA min 3.0 in International Business & Engineering (Telco, IT) or similar

Good written and spoken communication skills

Provide sales support expertise, conducts in-depth technical discussions with customer
