What You Will Do

• Partner with the Technology Platform team closely, especially on cloud, DevOps, database, data engineering, and security teams to plan and execute against a broad array of business and product needs
• Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall product roadmap based on the priority and effort needed
• Manage the strategic projects across Technical Department and drive the engineering leads on day to day basis
• Engage closely and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineers, data, security, and business) in delivering product excellence
• Develop improvement and solutions to support the growth of technical products
• Develop, drive, and manage end-to-end technical product goals and vision and ensure on-time delivery
• Drive shared vision and prioritize roadmap for technical products based on business and technology needs
• Define the key metrics that inform the success of technical products

What You Will Need

• Should have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Problem solver with a clear structure and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Bachelor in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Leadership experience in managing multiple complex projects and influencing multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with technology startups in a fast-paced environment will be a plus
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and deliver results
• Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
