Product Specialist And Technical Support Jobs

Minimum 2 years experience in Industrial Oil and gas, Mining is a must

Bachelor (s1) degree with major education in chemical engineering/pharmaceuticals/chemistry is a must

Competent in English (oral and Written)

Having good networking, target oriented & wide customer based

Willing to be placed in Jakarta Utara

At least 3 years of working experience with any SaaS apps

Proven consultation skill with good communication and presentation skills

Meeting with clients to determine solution/products requirements

Maintain certification for partnership with principles

Excellent in English (written and oral)

Can work individually and in a team

- Bachelor's Degree in Management

- Have experience as admin support (oil and gas project) for 3 years

- Knowing the types of Rig Drilling and Work Over equipment

- Knowing about the care and maintenance of assets

- Know and understand how to read asset-related handbooks

- Able to operate Ms. Office

Create engaging and informative presentations that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our IoT products and services.

Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in IoT technology and our product offerings to ensure accurate and relevant training content.

Prior experience as a trainer, with a proven track record of delivering effective technical training programs.

Strong research and development skills to stay current with evolving IoT trends and technologies.

Deliver comprehensive training materials to new hires, helping them understand their job roles and the intricacies of new products.

Assist customers in effectively using our IoT products, providing hands-on training and troubleshooting to resolve any technical issues.
