Forge and manage relationships with our customers’ leadership and stakeholders to ensure their application’s successful deployment and scale.

Scale the Solutions Consulting function through sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, and publishing knowledge to our internal and external repositories.

6+ years of experience in sales engineer, technical solutions consulting experience in the HRtech, fintech or software/technology industry.

Demonstrate SPR thought leadership and drive architecture transformation of Optical network by understanding customer’s business.

Be conversant with following Optical technology domains:

Fixed and Multi-Degree ROADM based architectures

SP Network Architectures such as National / Regional / Backbone, DCI, 5G MBH Fronthaul / backhaul

Defines and manages to scope requirements definition and prioritization activities for small-scale changes and assists with more complex change initiatives.

Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.)

Work with Solutions Architects (SAs) to produce a technical specification for the solution’s custom development and systems integration requirements.

Manages client proof of concept (POC) initiatives, which require the appropriation of appropriate resources, and setup and delivery of the POC.

Demonstrate broad product knowledge integrated with strong technology understanding

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

5+ years of experience in security engineering, consulting, or pre-sales, preferably in the IT industry

Knowledge of Cisco’s products, solutions, and services, especially in the areas of security

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Proven track record of supporting complex sales cycles and delivering successful customer outcomes

Ability to travel within the assigned territory
