Job Description
What You’ll Do


As a Security Technical Solutions Architect (TSA), you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in designing and presenting security solutions to customers and partners in the Indonesia region. You will work closely with the product management and engineering teams to provide technical expertise, feedback, and guidance. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams within Cisco to provide the best solutions for our customers.


You will be part of the Security Architecture team, which is responsible for delivering Cisco’s security solutions portfolio, including network security, cloud security, endpoint security, threat intelligence, and identity and access management. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative and disruptive technologies in the industry, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and quantum computing.

You will work with a diverse and dynamic team of sales professionals who are passionate about technology and customer success. You will also work with some of the best product management and engineering teams in the region who can help you deliver value to our customers. You will report to the Security Architecture Manager who will support you in your career development and growth.

You are a self-motivated and results-oriented TSA who can build trust and rapport with customers and partners. You have excellent communication and presentation skills that can influence decision-makers at all levels. You have strong technical skills and knowledge that can help you design and demonstrate security solutions. You have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.


Our minimum requirements for this role are:


  • Knowledge of Cisco’s products, solutions, and services, especially in the areas of security
  • 5+ years of experience in security engineering, consulting, or pre-sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Proven track record of supporting complex sales cycles and delivering successful customer outcomes
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
