Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Presales Specialist with a strong technical background and a track record of working across multiple verticals. As a key member of our presales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales efforts by providing technical expertise, crafting solutions, and engaging with potential clients. This position requires a deep understanding of various industries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate customer requirements into compelling value propositions.


Working Location: Full WFH - Kuningan, South Jakarta

Employment Type: Full Time after 3 months probationary period

Budget Limit: Negotiable

Headcount: 1


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience working across multiple verticals, such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in articulating and presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with CRM systems, proposal development tools, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer pain points and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel, as needed, to engage with customers and attend industry events.
  • 15-20 years of professional experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.


s:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that effectively showcase our solutions' capabilities and value.
  • Actively participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to showcase the technical aspects and advantages of our offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to foster collaboration and drive successful outcomes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the presales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, objectives, and challenges across multiple verticals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance product knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality, customized proposals, technical documentation, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of customer requirements and industry trends to develop tailored and innovative solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team during the negotiation and closure of deals, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with customer expectations.
