Experience with Virtualization (VMware,Hyper-V, or Nutanix).

Experience with SAN Storage and NAS Storage.

Have VMware/Nutanix Certification : VCP/NCSE.

Presales/ product support roles and responsibilities include :

a. Analyzing and gathering business requirements.

a.Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.

b. Responding to customer inquiries regarding RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

Project Management degree or equivalent with a moderate level of related experience

Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP

Demonstrated moderate level project management experience preferably in a multinational professional services environment

Manage the delivery of the project/programme, including rigorous scope control and change management

Documentation and management of risks and issues

Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management

Create technical presentations and proposals that highlight the features and benefits of

Offer guidance and support to the sales team during the sales process

Report to the line manager as requested.

At least 5 years' experience in a software solutions presales role, preferably in a software

- Provide partnership strategy with third party to ensure profitability & customer satisfaction
