Product And Service Manager (Presales) - Cpaas And Ccaas

Intro :

A Presales works with potential clients or customers to ensure they have a strong understanding of the services and/or products provided.

Presales/ product support roles and responsibilities include :

a.Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.

b.Liaising with those developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like.

c.Helping the sales team to reach targets.

d.Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research.

:

a. Analyzing and gathering business requirements.

b. Responding to customer inquiries regarding RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

c. Conducting presentations for team sales.

d. Submitting proposals and facilitating the sales team to customers.

e. Keeping up to date with product updates.

Qualifications :

a. Minimum D3 degree (any major).

b. Experience as a Presales, Solution Sales, Business Solution (Busol), Business Analyst for at least 1 year in BPO Companies, Contact Centers, IT Solutions/System Integration, Management Information Systems.

c. Proficient in operating Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

d. Understanding of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
