5+ years of experience as a product manager in technology or technology platforms.

Define and create the product strategy and roadmap for your team.

Collaboratively solve for high impact problem statements by identifying solutions and driving it from idea to development to rollout and experimentation.

· Bachelor (S1) – Economy or Management (Will be Preferred)

Manage and maintain the database of Exchange Members, PLTE Participants, and SPPA Users.

· Min. 1 year of work experience

· Have comprehensive knowledge on Capital Market

· Having strong analytical and decision-making skills

3. Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbally and writing

At least 3 years of experience in product management roles

Basic to advance knowledge of data product management tools and a solid understanding of MS Excel

Background in computer engineering/business management/research is highly desired

Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear objectives and execution details, including details on short-long term product goals

Translate between business to technical requirements or needs

Manage and distribute workload to team members while maintaining team performance

Maximize the potential of our extensive tour operator partners, through competent and creative product management and proactive, added value communications

Be a pro-active member of the Creative Team, developing new products and help manage product launches through marketing and awareness campaigns.

Building capacity in terms of staff product knowledge through ongoing training and implementing staff familiarization trips

Manage periodical projects, such as annual re-quote rounds

Taking ownership of the business of relevant partners, negotiating with suppliers to add value to our proposals

Coordinating between team members to ensure perfect proposals and delivery on our brand promise to our guests

Presales/ product support roles and responsibilities include :

a. Analyzing and gathering business requirements.

a.Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.

c.Helping the sales team to reach targets.

d.Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research.

b. Responding to customer inquiries regarding RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or similar roles

Lead and own the product development and profitability from formulating requirement, managing stakeholder, and projecting revenue sizing

Have experience in backlog/initiatives prioritization and the capability to decide trade-offs

Have experience working in financial services/lending domain will be preferred

Have experience managing external partners and/or merchants will be preferred

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
