Back Office Solution Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the alignment of the project/product scope to the business architectural and enterprise architectural
• Responsible for studying business functions, gathering information and evaluating business needs and translate it technically, including integration with other surrounding systems
• Work closely with related teams in determining the scope and objectives of the project, predicting the required resources needed and manage resources in an effective and efficient way, and put it into a work plan that is detailed
• Collaborate with Managers and all teams involved in project development and improvement
• Responsible for the improvement process, including monitoring and controlling all activities involving the product (software and hardware) in support of business capabilities and business scenarios with the aim of simplifying, stabilize, and modernize backoffice solutions
• Responsible for product development and maintenance as needed
• Responsible for planning projects, monitoring progress and ensuring proper implementation
• Collaborate with the entire team involved to build comprehensive documentation

Qualifications

• Having strong knowledge and experience on ERP
• Have a strong experience of engaging with stakeholders from a business and technical side, have a passion for technology and product oriented and focused on solutions by thinking modern and out of the box
• Have a high level of technical analytical ability and skills and strong problem solving with attention to high detail
• Have knowledge and experience as a Solution Analyst, Solution Architect, Product Owner or similar role
• Experience in the Fulfillment industry is an advantage
• Have analytical skills and abilities in studying business functions, gathering information and evaluate business requirements through workflow diagrams, study current system capabilities and design modifications system based on the proposed milestones and phases within the scope of finance, procurement, accounting and scope other backoffice.
