Solution Engineer Jobs

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Solution Engineer to join our team at MyRobin. As a Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in customer engagement and design solutions for our company.

:

• Customer Engagement: Interacting with customers to understand their requirements, business processes, and pain points.
• Documentation: Preparing technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
• Technical Presentations: Delivering presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the proposed solutions to customers.
• Solution Design: Collaborating with the sales and product teams to design technical solutions that align with customer needs and capabilities.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product management, and support, to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Solution Development: Building or customizing solutions by configuring software applications, integrating systems, and implementing additional functionalities.
• Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new product releases to enhance solution capabilities.
• Proof of Concept (PoC): Creating and conducting PoCs to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science
• Excellent understanding of SaaS platforms, HTML, JavaScript, API, and file transfer protocol.
• Customer-facing experience in sales engineering, consulting, or implementation
• Technical knowledge of digital marketing solutions and mobile app development is a plus.
• Technically curious, and have a passion for changing the way people work
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a knack for delivering compelling presentations
• Prior experience in IT implementations in SaaS platforms would be advantageous
• Proven 3 - 5 years experience as a Solution Engineer or similar role
