Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

The Solution Advisor will be responsible for selling our collaboration tools – Akrivia HCM software to potential clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance team to ensure customers make payment on time.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our HCM solution– AkriviaHCM, its features & benefits.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximized.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and understand customer needs and demonstrate how our software can effectively meet those needs.
  • Generate new leads and sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software sales.
  • Proficiency in HRM software and related tools, such as SuccessFactors, WorkDay, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in speaking Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin (will be a point plus)
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, HR or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling HCM software or related technology products.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in Human Resource Management processes and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the industries and markets in which our software is used.
