Client Solution Advisor Jobs

Client Solution Advisor is a critical position for the organization's survival, as it will directly impact the organization's profitability. The role will require the person to advise clients on performance improvement strategies and seek new opportunitiess with prospects. The role's success will be determined by how many clients put their trust in Momenta Indonesia to help them grow their people's performance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting an advisory conversation with clients or prospect to understand their needs and provide solutions that fit their requirements.
• Be accountable for the end-to-end sales and service process that will bring great satisfaction to clients.
• Seek new leads to increase the number of clients in Momenta Indonesia.
• Work together with the product team to improve the solutions for clients.
• Conducting regular reviews with clients to see how Momenta Indonesia can help them further.

Qualifications

• Based in Jakarta.
• Driven to achieve
• Willing to receive challenging feedback
• Min. 1 year of working experience, preferably in a B2B sales position.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Intermediate English proficiency either in writing or conversation. (Advanced is Preferrable)
