Overview Client Relations is a role that involves managing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided, and providing support to ensure that their needs are met. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. Detailed Job Description Client Relations is responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided, and providing support to ensure that their needs are met. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. The Client Relations role involves providing customer service, resolving customer complaints, and providing feedback to the organization on customer satisfaction. This role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations
