Budidjaja International Lawyers, a leading law firm in Indonesia, is seeking experienced professionals to join our dynamic team as Client Relations/ Business Development/HR Officer. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about maintaining operations, building client relations, possess excellent communication skills, have a strong background in business within a professional service firm, and able to manage various HR functions and supporting the firm's human resources initiatives. Position 1: Client Relations Officer
Responsibilities:
·Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
·Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address any issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of legal services and timely resolution of client queries.
·Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, promoting our firm's full range of legal offerings.
·Monitor client feedback and provide recommendations for improving client experience and relationship management.
Position 2: Business Development Officer
Responsibilities:
·Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
·Generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients through networking, events, and other business development channels.
·Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to showcase our firm's expertise and services.
·Collaborate with lawyers and practice groups to develop tailored strategies for client acquisition and retention.
·Assisting BD Manager to attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to represent the firm and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Position 3: HR Officer
Responsibilities:
·Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
·Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and conduct effective recruitment campaigns.
·Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and participate in the selection process to identify top candidates.
·Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
·Administer HR practices, policies, and procedures of the firm to be implemented.
·Manage employee records, including leave management, attendance tracking, and personnel files.
·Assist in performance evaluation processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
·Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
·Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, training and development programs, and HR policy enhancements.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources Management or a related field from reputable university. An MBA or graduate from abroad is an advantage.
2.Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the relevant position in a professional service firm, preferably in the legal industry.
3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4.Strong business acumen and understanding of professional services principles.
5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
7.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
8.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
