Responsibilities
Designing Training Framework within CRC Dept, by analyzing staff rapport & outside-in voices, with detail scope as follows:

• Project: CRC Training Framework Design
• Update & Share training material & agenda on monthly basis
• Update staff individual rapport on monthly basis, including callibration score & QANL (Quality Assurance Notification Letter)
• Creating flyers & quizes (mentimeter), IKIKITB, etc
• Arranging training session & gather outside-in feedback from internal staff and partner, including detail preparation for offline & online session (invitation, meals, gather material, etc)
• Reporting event result (participation rate, satisfaction rate, survey, Q&A, log book update, etc)

Requirements

• Committed to do internship based on Kampus Merdeka Batch 5 timeline
• Has moderate insurance knowledge (Life Insurance Operation and Products)
• Good communication skill (verbal & nonverbal, both in English and Bahasa)
• Excellent to operate MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
