Requirements
Improving Self Service
Responsibilities
With the ultimate goals of improving self service, there are activies to support the take up rate, with details as follows:

• Responding inquiries in a form of list from Central admin (Avg. 2023 volume: Januari (638), februari (729), dan maret (799)
• Responding PRU Force Feedback emails from agent, with KPI 65 emails/day (Avg. 2023 volume: Januari = 234/day , Avg Februari = 274/day, Avg Maret = 256/day)
• Campaign & other activities required to support self service utilization
