What You Will Do:

• Search for new areas and building via canvassing and internet research
• Making appointments to property and building management
• Make a business review before making a deal with properties
• Make a PR/PO for the building and properties payment process
• Input and tracking payment systems
• Handle budget and negotiate a budget with building management and holding properties
• Accommodate good internal and external communication (Engineer, tenant relation, building managers, etc)
• Maintain the existing live building to accommodate sales revenues
• Handle existing contracts and update data to internal management in order to maintain good relationship-building management
• Share data prospect customers from building to sales
• Dealing contracts with building management
• Permit to building properties and area for KCP BCA Jabodetabek and regional Java
• Negotiation and making a good relationships with existing and new buildings regional and Jakarta area
• Follow up new prospects for agreements with building management based on sales request
• Monitor and make a reported revenue sharing based on collection data and share it to Building Management and share per quartal or month
• Controlling budget for building fees. Monitor and follow up on the 3 months last due date of payment and contract of list Property
• Controlling payments and invoices
• Make a sales plan for the existing building (Open Booth, flyer, canvassing and submit list of tenants to sales)

What You Will Need:

• Have good Communication, Relationship building, Teamwork, and Negotiation Skill
• At least 1-2 years (s) in a Property Relation position, preferably in the telecommunication industry
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any major
