• Carry out packing, crating, warehousing and storage for shipment out
• Received incoming purchase good and or service and check together with user also input receiving in system
• Reporting and Administration
• Maintain stock consumable, ensure availability stock consumable and tracking in out stock consumable
• Manage schedule and rent vehicles
• Manage rent land, house, building, dorm
• Regular stock opname together with accounting and or Logistic HO
• Process purchase request for GA asset and expense
• Maintain stock GA including ATK and pantry
• Maintain GA Assets including buildings, vehicles, and furniture
• Manage receptionist, office hoy/office girl, driver, and messenger
• Ensure inventory are appropriately stored
• Reserve accommodation employee business trip
