Accounting Officer Jobs

Responsibilities

• Recording financial transactions in the general ledger everyday use ERP System

• Maintain and update accounting records and files.

• Perform budget analysis to prevent waste and prepare financial reports.

• Check and review tax reporting based on applicable regulations (company tools)

• Analyzing transactions with stake holders and share holders.

• Closing month-end and year-end books.

• Prepare the documents needed in the audit of financial statements.

• Responsible to the accounting supervisor and manager and share the report periodicly

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

• Well knowledge to operate Ms Office

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Accounting or equivalent;

• Strong numeracy skills, detail oriented

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

• Good knowledge of Accounting, Financing & Taxation

• Fluent in English

• In-depth knowledge of accounting journals, accounting reports and financial reports
