Position : Accounting Senior Officer

Location : Jakarta Raya

Role Summary & Responsibility : Prepare for the month end closing, and preparing accounting schedules, statutory returns and monthly management reports. Advise daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger

• Review of manual journal posting and manage the completion of timely and accurate reconciliations and exceptions reporting.
• Follow and comply the regulation (Company, Auditor ,TAX and OJK)
• Other ad hoc reporting and analysis as assigned
• Prepare overall financial report include communicate and coordinate report to Accounting & Manager Head
• Ensuring accurate financial records are maintained and involved to prepare the reporting on regular basis
• Responsible the financial systems in place and manage all aspects of the company’s financial systems in accordance with agreed policies
• Innovation and transformation of the existing processes and function across Financial Accounting and Reporting
• Prepare the required documents for the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and keep communicate any progress, finding, etc. to the manager; assess any changes necessary.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with experience leading the Accounting Department
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Bachelor degree from Economic, majoring in Accounting.
• Detail oriented and ability to prioritize work with accuracy
• Strong computer skills, such as MS Excel.
