Job Description
  • Coordinating, engaging, arranging with all vendor for production elements.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, risks are mitigated, objectives are achieved within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors if necessary for the flawless project execution.
  • Supervise the creative team; oversee projects starting from pre-production until delivery.
  • Clarify and translate briefs into asset breakdown to achieve project objectives.
  • Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
  • Creating and managing our events calendar.
  • Post-event reporting.
  • Managing event budgets.
  • Preparing rundown.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor degree in business management, project management, or a related field.
  • Had an experience at least 2-3 years as a project specialist, project manager, or a similar position.
  • Had an Experience to lead the event with the small and large scale.
  • Ability to create and manage budgets.
