Project Management Intern (Civil/Architecture)

Welcome to PT RYZ Properti Indonesia, a real estate company established and founded in Indonesia. Our real estate consultancy branch, operating under the name of RYZ Property Consulting, is currently managing a data center project in the Jakarta area.

We are looking for a candidate with an exceptional willingness to learn and grow mindset to join our data center project team as a Project Intern (Civil/Architecture). Our ongoing project is a place for an individual who values diversity in a collaborative-multinational environment and you will be benefited from exposure to the related industries and multinational clients.

As a Project Intern (Civil/Architecture), you will be involved in all facets and stages of project management services, which include but are not limited to stakeholder management, change management, planning, scheduling, design, procurement, construction, coordination with consultants and contractors/vendors, and many more. Your position will provide assistance and report directly to the Assistant Project Manager (Civil/Architecture). You will be positioned onsite on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

You will report and assist the Assistant Project Manager (Civil/Architecture) in managing the data center project during the construction stage. Generally, you will be required to assist in analyzing project specifications, organizing contractors' & vendors' submissions, managing construction schedules, managing change orders, supervising construction & installation works, as well as producing standard project management reports.

Qualifications

We expect the successful candidate to have the following:

• Confident and independent in thinking, leading, and collaborating with the project team
• Fresh graduates having a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or final-year student that is about to be graduated from the same degree background (must be in the final assignment and/or thesis stage)
• Fluent in English, both written and orally
• Superior skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
• Knowledge and understanding of air conditioning and mechanical system in general
• The ability to use AutoDesk Revit (BIM) is a plus

Duration

We expect the successful applicant to be available to join us for at least 4 months to ensure a smooth transition and the best learning process.

Package

A standard transportation and meal allowance is provided. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided by us, however, the successful applicant will be required to work on their personal IT device (e.g., laptop and handphone) temporarily.
