Habitus Concept, a leading door hardware distributor, is hiring a Sales & Project Coordinator to join our team. As the Coordinator, you will oversee project management and coordination between door makers, designers, architects, owners, and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Willingness to travel and work out of town when needed.
• Support various divisions within the company.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements.
• Conduct project status meetings and maintain effective communication.
• Schedule project activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide leadership and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Coordinate projects to support sales targets and identify up-selling opportunities.
• Act as the central point of contact for project communication and coordination.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Experience in project coordination specifically in building supply industry
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum diploma graduate in relevant field.
