About this Position

We are looking for a Category Manager (FMCG Food) who is responsible for developing and maintaining our brand and customer experience by creating innovative assortments both within current and future categories together with the team members. You will act as the main point of contact for supplier partners and new partnership prospects to drive sales and achieve targets.


As our Astronaut, your missions are:

  • Develop and manage social media campaigns, including creating and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
  • Coordinating with cross-department teams to ensure campaign roll-outs are happening according to timeline and success metrics.
  • Planning for the timeline, mechanism, tonality, and target audience of the marketing campaign.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute media buying campaigns across multiple traditional channels and digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Create and analyze reports on marketing campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist plan and executing PPC campaigns, including conducting keyword research, creating ad copy, and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.



Job Requirements

  • Eager to learn new things & passionate to work in a face-paced environment.
  • Creative person that is full of ideas.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Data analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Campaign/Marketing/Project Management.
  • Demonstrated self-starter and extremely reliable.
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated.
  • Earning experience working in a start-up or tech company would be a good benefit
  • Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
