Technical Competencies:

•S1/ D4 Economy, Management, Business, Communications, Social and Political Sciences, Event Management, Tourism

• Proficient in conversational and written English (TOEFL Score of >540 would be a plus point)

• Proficient in MS Excel, Airtable, and/or other database monitoring tools.

• Sufficient experience in working with GSuite & virtual meeting platforms

• Strong administration skill

• Demonstrate adequate business acumen

Main Activities:

1. Assisting the Project Delivery Manager in overseeing the complete process of the program, which includes pre-program activities such as startup supply, in-program tasks, and post-program administrative duties.
2. Serving as the central point of communication for clients involved in the program and managing the scheduling process throughout the pre-program, during-program, and post-program phases.
3. Ensuring the attendance of stakeholders in all program-related meetings.
4. Generating Minutes of Meetings and regular written reports summarizing the ongoing work activities, to be submitted to the respective clients.
