Jr. It Project Management Officer

Job Desk:

• Follow Up All related issue for Project Delivery
• Coordination with IT solutions to make sure project delivery running follows standardization architecture.
• Ensure Client Satisfaction and Manage Expectation
• Coordination and monitoring QA assurance for Testing Progress Project Delivery
• Support and Coordination with Internal Team or Vendor for Update Progress Project Delivery
• Create and monitoring ticket status for existing service project on JIra
• Report and Update New Project Progress status to Kelas Pintar Management (Head Of Technology) and PMO

Requirements:

• Experience in building relationships and driving negotiations with stakeholders and working together to ensure project success
• Ability to Manage urgent and complex tasks
• Minimum 2 years experience on Project Management from e - commerce, Technology or Telecommunication
• Similar with Project management tools (Microsoft project, Jira,Visio, Office 365)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian
• Able to work under pressure and to learn in fast moving environment
