Sr. It Finance & Vendor Management Officer

Job Purpose

The role is to responsible for managing Information Technology vendor in term of contract, support, maintenance, outsourcing, and agreement, so that the vendor will provide the agreeable services or goods. Beside that this position handling Information Technology assets procurement and tracking Information Technology Capex & Marex. including its weekly and monthly report. This function also covers to maintain and control insurance of Information Technology Assets, Agreement and PO (Purchase Order).

Responsibilities

• Manage and tracking maintenance, insurance, and licensing of Information Technology asset.
• Keeping track Information Technology Capex and Marex usage.
• Perform all payment process relates to IT Procurement Process.
• Maintain and Control expired and renewal Agreement and Purchase Order.
• Provide recommendations on company purchases of Information Technology Equipment (end to end process).
• Prepare all purchase request related with Information Technology.

The Requirements

• Have working experiences in Data Analytics, IT Budget and Vendor Selection will be advantages.
• Minimum 2 years basic knowledge in Ms. Office.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Information Technology vendor, procurement, and basic accounting.
