On behalf one of our respected client in Logistic Company. We are looking for vendor management / acquisition that experience in logistic trucking national handling with criterias down below:

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess risks associated with vendor relationships, such as compliance risks, cybersecurity risks, and operational risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize potential disruptions.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics, KPIs, and SLAs. Conduct regular performance evaluations, track service quality, and address any performance gaps or issues. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing terms, and other contractual terms with vendors. Ensure contracts are properly executed, monitored, and renewed or terminated as per agreed terms
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors, suppliers, or service providers based on business needs and requirements. Conduct due diligence, assess vendor capabilities, and negotiate contracts or agreements.
• Responsible for sorting out the resources of various suppliers to find the best price
• Conduct periodic evaluations of vendors' performance, capabilities, and competitiveness. Benchmark vendor performance against industry standards and best practices. Provide recommendations for vendor improvements or changes as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering open and effective communication channels. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management principles, and vendor management practices.
• Knowledge of contract management principles, including contract negotiation, drafting, and administration. Familiarity with legal and commercial terms, SLAs, and contract compliance.
• Familiarity with vendor evaluation, selection, and performance management processes
• Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships, preferably in a relevant industry or domain.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams. Ability to negotiate, influence, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation techniques, and contract negotiation.
