Vendor Trucking Management is running a smooth supply chain organization and all associated value added processes.

Lead, manage and train partners/vendors to meet different project needs.

Proficient in negotiating with partners/vendors to fulfill projects.

Track, analyze and report on vendor performance.

Having experience as a Vendor Management in a Logistic Trucking company is prioritized

Having good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Manage partner trucking/vendors to meet various needs of different projects

Having great skills in English is an advantage

Negotiate with trucking partners/vendors to fulfill projects

Track, analyze, and report the performance of trucking partners/vendors

Manage and tracking maintenance, insurance, and licensing of Information Technology asset.

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Information Technology vendor, procurement, and basic accounting.

Minimum 2 years basic knowledge in Ms. Office.

Have working experiences in Data Analytics, IT Budget and Vendor Selection will be advantages.

Prepare all purchase request related with Information Technology.

Provide recommendations on company purchases of Information Technology Equipment (end to end process).

Have 1-2 years experiences working with data analysis.

Experience working with Microsoft Office (excel, power point, word).

Eager to learn new knowledge, including data analysis, automations e.g. power BI, power query, VBA, etc.

Have good communication skill and analytical thinking.

SAP knowledge is a plus point.

Act as a primary point of contact to resolve issues and provide analysis related to vendor master data.

Knowledge of contract management principles, including contract negotiation, drafting, and administration. Familiarity with legal and commercial terms, SLAs, and contract compliance.

Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management principles, and vendor management practices.

Familiarity with vendor evaluation, selection, and performance management processes

Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships, preferably in a relevant industry or domain.

Responsible for sorting out the resources of various suppliers to find the best price

Familiarity with sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation techniques, and contract negotiation.

Computer skill (Microsoft office: Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio)

Presentation skill for reporting of progress status and data analysis

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Provide weekly report on each contract progress

Liaise with internal stakeholder (procurement, legal, business user) and 3rd parties to complete the process

To Support General Affairs Activist

Knowledge of contract management principles, including contract negotiation, drafting, and administration. Familiarity with legal and commercial terms, SLAs, and contract compliance.

Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management principles, and vendor management practices.

Familiarity with vendor evaluation, selection, and performance management processes

Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships, preferably in a relevant industry or domain.

Support and review on vendor onboarding process in daily basis

Update and maintain database vendor in system regularly

Provide periodically report on each progress

Liaise with internal stakeholder (procurement, SMEs, business users) and 3rd parties to complete the process

Ensuring IT Vendor Management administration is fulfilled during the procurement process, including NDA, and Contracts.

Bachelor's Degree, preferably accounting / finance / commercial administration or related fields.

Minimum 3 years experience in managing IT vendors and projects

Manage activities related to IT Procurement, and monitor the performance of IT vendors.

Provide support to organizations for issues with vendor products and services

Monitor the implementation of projects carried out by vendors and review incoming invoices

Build and scale solution and service offerings for re-sellers and vendors.

> 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.

>3 to 5 years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
