Minimum 3 years of experience in Risk Management/Audit/Consulting Services/Actuary/Investment Services

Proactively monitor and control Financial Risk Management (FRM) within the Company.

Have Macro and VBA Microsoft Excel Skills will be advantages.

Excellent communication skills, including demonstrate ability to start initiatives and resolve conflicts.

Ensure that the Company has sufficient policies and procedures to identify, measure, control and monitor Financial Risk.

Work with relevant Business Units in evaluating and assessing financial risk impact on market/product/etc. and highlight the risk.

Manage and tracking maintenance, insurance, and licensing of Information Technology asset.

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Information Technology vendor, procurement, and basic accounting.

Minimum 2 years basic knowledge in Ms. Office.

Have working experiences in Data Analytics, IT Budget and Vendor Selection will be advantages.

Prepare all purchase request related with Information Technology.

Provide recommendations on company purchases of Information Technology Equipment (end to end process).

Demonstrated knowledge of business development, corporate strategy development, business intelligence, performance management

Assist on managing projects end to end from project initiations, creation of a project team, management of internal stakeholders, until completion

Expertise in end to end telecommunication value chain for business and consumer telecom operation with specific knowledge of Indonesian markets

Experience conducting complex business planning, company valuation, joint venture/M&A execution and financial analysis

Significant and demonstrable experience in Cloud Provisioning

Actively support client’s migration to the cloud, moving data and workloads without affecting their daily operations, sometimes after-hours.

Keep contacts update along the way and provide comprehensive documentation of work progress and results.

Collaborate efficiently and communicate openly with everyone, Inside and outside of regular office hours.

Having minimum 5 years of working experiences in handling BoQ validation

Ensuring Program High Level cost addressed and proposed on cost and aligned with the agreed E2E design

Ensuring BoQ are validated and aligned with E2E High Level & Low Level design

Ensuring BoQ are price validated by Sourcing

Min Bachelor Degree with GPA min 3.00

Fluency in English is required

Manage AR and AP schedule, post invoices, and record payments

Minimum 2 years Accounting work experiences

Experience in using accounting software (Preferably Xero)

Completed month-end close procedures, including preparation of monthly accrual journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux variance analysis of operating results

Prepare a BS schedule on a monthly basis

Assist in Financial Audits, OJK report

Have working experiences in Data Analytics and Business Continuity Management (BCM) will be advantages.

Actively support Head of TRM to monitor and control Technology Risk Management (TRM) within the Company.

Proactively support and advise Business User to have proper Technology Risk Management (TRM) within their process business.

Ensure that the Company has proper readiness of disaster through Annual Business Continuity Management (BCM) Exercise.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Risk / Audit/ Consulting Services/ IT.
